Transfers outside the European Union: some of these providers (in particular Stripe, PayPal, FedEx, Google, Microsoft and Meta) may process data outside the European Union, notably in the United States. These transfers rely on the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (European Commission standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider participates in it).
