In addition to the legal 14-day right of withdrawal, GLOBALMASTER OÜ offers, for Véti-Sana products, a 90-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase, valid on the first purchase of a product, in the event of dissatisfaction with the effectiveness of the formula used in accordance with its instructions for use.

Conditions

• The guarantee applies only to the first purchase of a product.
• The product must have been used in accordance with its instructions for use.
• The request must be made within 90 days of the date of purchase.

Procedure

1. Send an email to info@geomer.eu with your full name, the email address used for the order and a precise description of your dissatisfaction.
2. Return the products concerned (fully or partially used) to the address provided by email, at your expense, within the guarantee period.
3. The refund is made in the form of a discount voucher valid for 3 months on veti-sana.com.

This guarantee is in addition to the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantees described in our general terms and conditions of sale (articles 7 to 9).
