2. Purpose and scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all sales of care products and supplements for animals (dog, cat, horse) made by GLOBALMASTER OÜ under the Véti-Sana brand via the veti-sana.com site to private consumers residing in France, Belgium, the European Union and the countries listed in article 6.
Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these GTCS. GLOBALMASTER OÜ reserves the right to modify them at any time. The applicable GTCS are those in force on the date of the order.
3. Products
The products offered for sale are care products and supplements for animals (dog, cat, horse) of the Véti-Sana brand, developed by Laboratoire Géomer according to the ARK Quantique Process®.
Product photographs and descriptions are given for information purposes only. GLOBALMASTER OÜ undertakes that the products delivered comply with the product sheets published on the site.
Products are offered subject to available stock. If a product is out of stock, the buyer is informed by email and may cancel the order or wait for restocking.
Some products are subject to precautions for use. These precautions appear on each product sheet and on the labels. It is the buyer's responsibility to check them before placing any order.
4. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included (French VAT applicable at the rate in force on the day of the order). GLOBALMASTER OÜ reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is the one in force at the time the order is validated.
For deliveries outside French territory, the provisions of the French General Tax Code relating to VAT apply. For the French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM), a reduced VAT rate applies in Guadeloupe, Martinique and La Réunion (8.5%). No VAT applies in Guyane and Mayotte.
Delivery charges are shown separately and added to the total amount before final validation of the order.
5. Orders and payment
Orders
The order is definitively validated after confirmation of payment. A summary confirmation email is automatically sent to the address provided when ordering.
The buyer may cancel the order within one hour of validation by contacting customer service at info@geomer.eu. After that, the buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with article 7.
GLOBALMASTER OÜ reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of insufficient stock, an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud. In this case, the buyer is informed and refunded in full.
Payment methods
Payments are accepted by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and by the payment methods available on the site. The transaction is secure. Bank details are not stored by GLOBALMASTER OÜ.
GLOBALMASTER OÜ reserves the right to refuse an order from a buyer who has not paid for a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is in progress.
6. Delivery
The applicable delivery rates and times are those shown on the site's Delivery page, in force on the date of the order. Delivery charges are displayed before final validation of the order.
Delivery is free from €45 of purchases in metropolitan France and Belgium.
Orders placed before 12:00 (Paris time) are shipped the same day, others the next day.
For deliveries outside the European Union (in particular the United Kingdom and Switzerland), any customs duties and import taxes are borne exclusively by the recipient.
Damaged parcel or missing product
On receipt, the buyer is invited to check the outward condition of the parcel. In the event of an anomaly (damaged or opened parcel, missing or broken product), contact us immediately at info@geomer.eu, attaching photos of the parcel and its contents. Missing or damaged products are reshipped at our expense after verification.
Late delivery
In the event of a delay exceeding the announced delivery time by 7 days, the buyer may request cancellation of the order by email to info@geomer.eu. If the delay is attributable to GLOBALMASTER OÜ, a full refund is made within 14 days. In the event of an external cause (strike, bad weather, force majeure), GLOBALMASTER OÜ cannot be held responsible.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (Loi Hamon), the buyer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the parcel to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason or pay any penalty.
To exercise this right, the buyer notifies their decision before the deadline to info@geomer.eu, stating their full name, the email address used for the order and the order number.
Products must be returned in their original condition (unopened, unused, in their original packaging) within 14 days of notification. A prepaid return label is provided by email — return costs are borne by GLOBALMASTER OÜ.
The full refund (products + initial delivery costs) is made within 14 days of receipt of the return, using the same payment method as that used for the order.
Exception: in accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products unsealed or opened after delivery, for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
8. Satisfied or refunded guarantee — 90 days
In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, GLOBALMASTER OÜ offers a 90-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase, valid on the first purchase of a product, in the event of dissatisfaction with the effectiveness of the formula used in accordance with its instructions for use.
The refund is made in the form of a discount voucher valid for 3 months on veti-sana.com.
To benefit from it, send an email to info@geomer.eu with your full name, the email address used for the order and a precise description of your dissatisfaction. The products concerned (fully or partially used) must be returned to the address provided by email, at the buyer's expense, within the guarantee period.

9. Legal guarantees
In accordance with articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code, the buyer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
In the event of a lack of conformity found within 2 years of delivery, the buyer may request the replacement or refund of the product, free of charge, at info@geomer.eu.
GLOBALMASTER OÜ retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the entire price has been received.
10. Liability
GLOBALMASTER OÜ cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the products, an unreported allergy or failure to follow the precautions for use mentioned on the labels and product sheets.
The information published on the site is for informational and holistic purposes. It does not replace the advice of a veterinarian.
GLOBALMASTER OÜ cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier or to any external cause (strike, bad weather, force majeure).
11. Intellectual property
The Véti-Sana and Géomer brands, the ARK Quantique Process® and all the content of the site (texts, images, formulas, logos) are the exclusive property of Alain Ledroit and GLOBALMASTER OÜ or its partners.
Any reproduction, even partial, without prior written authorisation is prohibited and constitutes an infringement likely to give rise to civil and criminal proceedings.
12. Personal data and cookies
The data collected when ordering is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is used exclusively for order processing and, with your consent, for commercial communications.
In accordance with the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification and erasure of your data at info@geomer.eu.
The site uses cookies necessary for it to function properly. You can configure your preferences in your browser settings.
13. Disputes and applicable law
These GTCS are governed by French law and applicable European law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first by contacting our customer service via the Contact page or at info@geomer.eu.
Failing an amicable agreement, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon), which operates within the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA): Endla 10A, 10122 Tallinn, Estonia; avaldus@komisjon.ee; +372 620 1707; ttja.ee/tarbijavaidluste-komisjon.
The consumer may also bring the matter before the competent courts.
